Players and teams
Players join your club with its join code and you approve each request, so only the people you know get in. There is no public club directory. Every player brings a Player ID, a photo and a career record that grows with every match.
Pick squads for each team, plan match days on the schedule and score every match ball by ball in the same app.
Fees and membership
Raise fees, record payments and see what is still outstanding, with reminders for the players who owe. Set up membership plans with renewals. Each member sees their own fees, and a player's stats never depend on them.
Kit and expenses
Keep track of what the club owns, from balls, stumps and tape to ground marking and clothing, with every purchase and loss. Expenses are kept month by month, so the committee sees where the money goes, and members can read both without being able to change them.
Club chat
An encrypted club chat with photos and polls takes over from the WhatsApp group, and a short guide helps you bring the group across. Messages are encrypted on the phone before they are sent, and the server only relays them.
Staff who see only their screens
Add other admins and staff and choose exactly which screens each one sees and what they may delete. A treasurer can look after the fees without touching the squads, and a scorer can score without seeing the money. Every permission is checked on our server, not just hidden in the app.

Club management: questions and answers
Is the cricket club management app free?
Yes. Running the club with fees, membership and kit, ball-by-ball scoring with voice commentary, stats, public scorecards, share cards and club chat are all in Basic, which is free. Only live streaming is paid, at Rs 50 a match in prepaid packs.
How do players join my club?
With your club's join code. There is no public club directory: a player enters the code, sends a request, and you approve it.
Can members see the club's money?
Each member sees their own fees and can read the club's kit and expenses. Only you and the staff you choose can change them.
Can I give other people access?
Yes. Add admins and staff and choose which screens each one sees and what they may delete. Every permission is checked on our server.
Is the club chat private?
Messages are encrypted on the phone before they are sent. Our server only relays them and deletes each one once every member's phone has it, at most 7 days after it was sent.
