Terms of Service

• You must be 13 or older to use a Manage Cricket account. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Give accurate information and keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away at hello@managecricket.club if you think someone else is using your account.

If you run a club, arena or tournament on Manage Cricket:

• you are responsible for the information you add about players, members, customers and staff, and for having the right to add it;
• you must get a parent's or guardian's permission before adding a player under 18, uploading their photo, or streaming them live;
• fees, payments and bookings recorded in Manage Cricket are records only; payments happen between you and your players or customers, and you are responsible for them;
• pictures and videos you add to a tournament gallery are stored in your own Google Drive and shared by link so they show on the public tournament page; you are responsible for what you share there;
• you control which staff can see and do what, and you are responsible for their actions.

Don't use Manage Cricket to:

• break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy and copyright;
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or share hateful, sexual or violent content, especially involving children;
• post content you don't have the right to share, including in chat stickers, galleries and copyrighted music in live streams;
• access other people's accounts or data, probe or attack our systems, or overload them;
• scrape, copy or resell the service or its data;
• impersonate anyone or mislead people about who you are.

We may remove content, stop a live stream, or suspend accounts, clubs or arenas that break these terms.

You keep ownership of what you upload or create (photos, logos, messages, scores). You give Manage Cricket permission to store, display and share it as needed to run the service, for example showing scorecards and tournament pages publicly and creating share images. You can remove your content, but scores and records that involve other players and clubs may stay as part of the match record, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Live streaming uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or streaming through Manage Cricket, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You are responsible for everything you stream, including following YouTube's Community Guidelines and copyright rules. You can disconnect your channel at any time.

When you go live from the Manage Cricket Android app, the video goes from your phone directly to the club's YouTube channel. We don't receive or store it.

Manage Cricket works with services such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, Google Drive, GIPHY or Klipy, and Cloudflare. Your use of them is also covered by their own terms.

We work to keep Manage Cricket running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or stop features. If we make important changes to these terms, we'll tell you before they take effect.

You can stop using Manage Cricket at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@managecricket.club from the email address on your account (see Delete your data). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

To the extent the law allows, Manage Cricket is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by other users, clubs, arenas, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
